About Us


Established in 2014, Lucid Recruitment is making some noise amongst the big players in the highly competitive world of recruitment.


With over 20 years’ experience in Sales, our MD Richard Shorten, discovered space in the market to establish a desk in sales recruitment within one of the UK’s most reputable agencies. Richard’s success in Sales recruitment led him to his career ambition of setting up his own company, where Lucid Recruitment Ltd was founded.


Fast-forward to today, Lucid Recruitment is establishing itself as a specialist agency in Sales, Marketing, Office Support, Accountancy, Engineering and Finance recruitment and more recently we have had huge traction within Hospitality, Social Housing and Facilities.


Our Head Office is based in the amazing Cardiff Bay and now offer Permanent, Contract and Temporary recruitment solutions to businesses throughout the UK.
