Senior Recruitment Consultant
Established in 2014, Lucid Recruitment is making some noise amongst the big players in the highly competitive world of recruitment.
With almost 20 years’ experience in Sales, our MD Richard Shorten, discovered space in the market to establish a desk in sales recruitment within one of the UK’s most reputable agencies. Richard’s success in Sales recruitment led him to his career ambition of setting up his own company, where Lucid Recruitment Ltd was founded.
Fast-forward to today, Lucid Recruitment is establishing itself as a specialist agency in Sales, Marketing, Office Support, Accountancy and Engineering recruitment.
Our Head Office is based in the amazing Cardiff Bay and now offer Permanent, Contract and Temporary recruitment solutions to businesses throughout the UK.
Why choose Lucid Recruitment?
Let’s be honest, the recruitment industry has been tarnished with a bad reputation. Some agencies target their consultants with high KPI’s, in pressurised environments which in turn, have a detrimental effect on the service to both candidates and clients.
At Lucid Recruitment, we don't believe in giving our consultants high KPI's, our team are passionate about what we do and pride ourselves in a bespoke and professional service to both our clients and candidates. Our aim is to focus on the quality of service provided above the quantity of CV’s sent. We are passionate in understanding our client’s needs and strive in finding the perfect candidate to suit both parties’ requirements.
If you’re an employer seeking assistance in finding the right people to drive business growth, or a candidate seeking your next career opportunity, please get in touch with us. We can’t wait to hear from you.
